Hakkımda

I am a English language teacher from Canada, who is TESOL certified and has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University. While in university I took several courses on motivation, learning, and language acquisition. To feed my interest in linguistics, I also completed Introduction to Linguistics, Grammar, and Introduction to Phonetics.

For close to three years I have taught English as a second language to both adults and children in South Korea and Vietnam. I specialize in both general and business English, and teach beginner to advance levels. My lessons are fun and engaging and I use materials that I have developed myself as well as other tools I have collected over my years of teaching. My classes are dynamic and student focused - you are the most important part. I will help you improve your language skills and you will feel more confident expressing yourself in English.

Being both an educator and psychology major, I understand how difficult language learning can be. I will work with you and give you the tools to overcome any hurdles you may face. I am a results-oriented teacher who consistently invests energy and a positive attitude into developing effective lesson plans that meet the needs and level of my students. I believe it is my duty to give each student the tools they need to succeed and reach their full potential.
