Ana Dil

Hello! My name is Jessica. I am from Washington State in the United States, home to lots of great hiking and swimming and skiing and fishing, probably why I am such an outdoorsy person. Over the past few years I have been traveling all around the world, getting to know new cultures and people. I have been to China, studied in Spain, backpacked through Europe, worked at a traveler's hostel in California, and am currently teaching English in Vietnam.

Teaching has been a passion of mine for the past few years. I have experience in classroom settings and one on one tutoring sessions. I have taught 5 year olds through 50 year olds in Spain, the US and Vietnam, as well as students from all over Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
I have a Bachelors degree in International Affairs with a minor in Spanish language. I am also TESOL certified.

When I give a lesson I always have a goal of what I would like students to know by the end of the day. Maybe I want students to be familiar with what a verb is or to be comfortable introducing themselves in English. Every lesson I want you to be as involved as possible. I will be asking you questions or to read a section aloud. Any and all questions are welcomed and encouraged. My classes are about YOU, let's see where the holes are in your learning and fill those up.
