My name is Justin Adair and I'm an English teacher in Germany. I have been teaching English for ten years and am certified through Cambridge's CELTA program.
I speak English natively, as I come from the United States, but I also speak German fluently. I've been in Germany for the last ten years and have had ample, regular opportunity to practice! :)
Consistency and a regular schedule are keys to learning a new language! That moment when you feel you want to give up is the break-through point and if you continue through, you'll find a new world open up before you. I would love to support you up to and through that point! It is one of the joys of my profession.
MyPlace is an active English community, in which we set up clubs and events for people to share the English language with each other and native speakers alike in order to bolster self-confidence and reduce the fear of speaking a foreign language. We focus on conversational style activities instead of front of the class teaching, and to good effect!
