Hi there! I'm a native Eastern Armenian speaker from Yerevan. I have a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics and I have experience in teaching both English and Armenian. I love teaching and what you do with pleasure is never forgotten. In my opinion there's no use in teaching a language only with the traditional methods, of course, they are the core of language teaching, but combining the new techniques of teaching with the traditional ones makes the lesson more effective and motivational. I organize debates, discussions and various games to make the lesson more interesting and to boost my students' speaking skills and comprehension. Armenian is one of the most ancient languages and belonging to the Indo-European languages it has its own unique branch in the language tree. It has a different alphabet. In my opinion every language is a challenge which opens a new world to the one learning it, and Armenian is not an exception! My classes are always organized according to the needs and abilities of my students, as well as to how many hours they are willing to dedicate to learning. Besides Armenian, I also speak English, Russian, Spanish and a little bit of Greek. If you're willing to accept the challenge of learning Armenian feel free to contact me and join my classes on Verbling. See you!

Barev! Hey there! Please call me Shushi (although it is not my name) I am a native Armenian speaker. Although I study something not related to teaching Armenian it has always been my passion. When I was a schoolgirl, I was helping my friends from Russia to learn the Armenian alphabet. Since 2017, I have been working with diasporan Armenians who had moved to Armenia but could not speak the language. I was helping them to enrich their language skills in order to get integrated into Armenian society. I create my own materials that include readings, small audio lessons, and videos. Not to forget, the lessons will help you to gain an understanding of Armenian culture, history, literature, and traditions. During our lessons, we will look at the Armenian language as a unique cultural component that shapes the Armenian identity. So, don't forget to register for a trial lesson! I am waiting forward to meeting you! Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. **If you are interested in any specific topics, please let me know. I will try to add materials that you find interesting and worth sharing.
Hello! My name is Astghik. I am a native Armenian speaker. I like learning new languages and knowing new cultures. For me new language is a new way of thinking and a new look on life. I like learning new things. And teaching is one more way to learn for me. I have been teaching Armenian and Russian online two years and I give privite lessons of Armenian and Russian since 2015. During my lessons I will make you talk. I think speaking is the best way to learn. Being good at grammar does not mean you can speak correctly. Therefore the most important thing is speaking. You won't sit around waiting to speak. You do not need to know all the grammar rules before starting to communicate. I am ready to listen with patience, to show and correct your mistakes. In my lessons, do not be afraid of mistakes. The earlier you begin to speak, the faster this process will become automatic. Each time you will be think less and less about word choice. Grammar will come without you thinking about it. :)
